Service approach for Wolf oven not heating
Wolf gas ovens use a glow-bar igniter that has a finite service life. When the bar weakens, the gas valve does not open reliably and the oven runs but does not heat. Wolf electric ovens are more often a bake-element or sensor issue.
We confirm the fuel type, the set vs. observed temperature, any displayed code and whether broil still works (broil and bake use different elements or igniters in many configurations).
